Improvement Case Study Workshop (pdf, 574.59KB) Case studies can document an organization’s
experience, both the successes and the problems encountered in solving
difficult problems. In the case of this workshop, the problem area is
process improvement. PIA’s materials and support help an organization
define the goals for their case study, define the plan to develop and to
publish the case study and identify all of the steps along the way. The
initial steps in developing the case study are taken in the workshop. The result of the workshop is a complete set of plans for developing the case study, the first few sections of the case study, and support for completing the case study Down load here! |
